Only of relevance for attending large events (where a Covid pass is being trialled) or travelling abroad, not as was first being suggested for going to shops, pubs, restaurants, etc in the UK.

Good effort by Big Brother Watch, well done, but I suspect the Govt came to see the Covid passports idea as a vote loser anyway... and with majority of population either vaccinated or previously infected, they probably feel that the NHS can cope with the stragglers. Putting a lot of faith in the jabs, i hope they're right.

Can't read it, mate. It's too small even when trying to enlarge it. It seems to be an extension of the link I posted earlier. However, the previous posts amply explain the situation. The restrictions in question being attending some large events or travelling abroad.

Apparently delaying relaxation of restrictions would most likely "simply" would have shifted (i.e. delayed) when people become ill or even die. The dates chosen for the currently proposed relaxation have taken into account the likely load on the NHS in the autumn, going into winter.
So if you (selfishly??) postpone dying for a few months in order to save the NHS you're not playing the game!
Realistically, and hopefully, most people will evaluate the ongoing situation and take steps which will minimise their own risks, and risks to others - though as we have noted, there are many who are unable or unwilling to do that.
