    We visited EE in the Brent Cross shopping centre, Hendon, to look for a new phone/contract for my partner. They couldn't have been more helpful: she wanted a new phone, but couldn't afford any they had on offer, so they suggested we visit John Lewis located in the same shopping mall and buy a Samsung A12 for £150, come back and they would install the chip and update the contract.

    This was in complete contrast to the EE store in Kilburn where they prevaricated and were most unhelpful, more or less causing us to put off for a year now, what the Brent Cross store did in a matter of an hour.

    Worth the time suffering wearing a face mask.
