And do you think there haven't been any nasty side-effects from people having flu jabs, some of which might not surface for years? The point being, there already *is* 'shit' inside the flu jab that, although may protect you to some degree from the flu, fatally damages your body in the process, I'd argue by adversely affecting your immune system.

That's why, some folk who are regularly jabbed with this that or the next thing, not just for the flu, and permanently on antibiotics, despite all that are never well!

Yourself mate, sadly being a good case in point. I fundamentally believe that some of the stuff that's wrong with you is because of your body being pumped full of chemicals for years. I'd also say that Anthony comes into that category. The fact is, that the side effects of these drugs are often worse than the symptoms of the ailments they were designed to cure!

For me, the less shit like that you take, the better for you it is. In my view, instead of drugs being the 'default solution' for treating ailments, we should be learning more about natural remedies! But of course, that doesn't make any money for the big pharma companies, or the billionaires behind them....

I'm also not convinced that it's in the interests of 'the powers that be' to have a healthy population.

Absolutely. Everything we need to keep us healthy is already here on the planet. God provided and gave man that knowledge.

BUT, it doesnt suit certain types to go down that road and educate us that way, as you've pointed out Marco and for many other reasons too.

If you speak to any of the elder Caribbeans in particular, my Mum included, they will tell how when they were young, no matter what ailment you had, stomach, headache, cut, wound etc there mums/grand parents would know the exact item/bush/herb/ leaf use or boil, prepare and give you.

My mum remembers her and her sister being given regular bitters for cleansing of the system and blood.

Who even still knows that stuf now, let alone in the west, the knowledge has been almost lost. Thankfully some of us still know it and cleanse, detox the system and utilise the good and beneficial herbs and spices available to us all.

How can you just eat and eat, pollute the system and never cleanse it ?? makes no sense. The build up poisons and all manner of toxins is not good for the system at all, hence it becomes diseased, sometimes leading to cancers, blood pressure, sugar diabetes and so on.

At least know the health benefits of the simple things available to you, Water, garlic, turmeric, onions, beetroot, ginger, fruits-vit C, Vit K2, D3, Green tea and other herbal drinks. Lemon, green leaf, super herbs like Spirulina and chlorella, and ALL berries, which have amazing health benefit.

Boosting your immune system is key ! and by doing so you are gaining far more good benefit to your general, overall health than any flu jab inoculation behavior

We need to be smart and educate our selves, high blood pressure aint no joke either. Cut down on the sugar, salt, drink lots of water at least, learn about the good things for the body and what to avoid, ie: fatty diet, artificial sweeteners which are basically carcinogenic but our so called great sugar free alternatives are loaded with them, same the colours (chemicals) in our foods.

Be smart and informed, then act on it for our own good. Trust no one but your own knowledge and wisdom. The more you know and learn, the harder and less likely that you will be just going along with things, willy nilly, to your detriment.

BTW - not trying to diss anyone's medication or be doctor. This is just a way to help and share n terms of general health being and maintenance

Despite over 50's now being considered "most at risk" it seems that 50 to 65 year olds will be at the back of the queue for the jab due to limited stocks and the logistics of getting the population lined up for an inoculation.

I am quite willing to have the flu jab (for Covid) even if it only reduces my risk of being put on a ventilator by 10 or 20%. Hearing more about the long term effects of this virus is quite frightening. Also, this winter is going to be pandemonium in A&E with people having the common cold or one of several other infections panicking and getting themselves off to the hospital, just in case.

And so you haven't seen the problems and terrible side-effects that have been caused around the world by bad vaccines? And we certainly don't know for sure, whether this one, if it happens, will be good! And even 'good' vaccines can have side-effects, as I've just explained to Grant.

Fair enough, but I think you should also guard against the effect of only believing what your belief system wants you to believe, and shunning *anything* else, rumour, scaremongering or 'conspiracy theory', which challenges that and takes you outside of your comfort zone

That's a BIG problem, IMO, for some folk who are staunchly anti 'conspiracy theories'........

Having been jabbed for just about every non-tropical disease I'm likely to encounter and never had noticeable side effects, I'm not too worried.

That of course includes my annual Flu jab, which I've been getting for around twenty years (yes, I started early after being appallingly ill with the real thing a couple of times).

Its quite common lately for folk to bring up the Small pox vaccine victory, but look a bit deeper and there is more evidence to prove that the desease was already on the way out before the Vaccine, so from what i have read, and the experts i have listened to, there really isnt much hard evidence that the vaccine alone was actualy responsible for its demise!
