Nothing. Nothing at all, and it was already too late by the end of WW2 by my reckoning.

But on the whole things could be a lot worse. I just get on with my life. We're so fortunate we can do that in this country.

I mean it interest me, politics, foreign affairs and all that, but it doesn't keep me awake at night. The same shit was going on long before we were all born and will be going on long after we are all dead.

And things could well get a lot worse. The rise in nationalism world wide could see to that. The EU's under threat with others looking to follow the UK and leave. If nothing else, the EU has put an end to war in Europe.

No, I wouldn't even credit the EU with that. It's been a disaster on many fronts. The Common Market that's a different matter. In principle that was a good idea.

Nukes and NATO IMO for peace in Europe, plus everyone had had enough by 1945 anyway . The again you had the whole Bosnia thing if you count that as a 'war'. But they couldn't really nuke Bosnia.

Do you really think there would be war in Europe if the EU have never come into being? Membership of the EU hasn;t stopped Hungary falling prey to extreme right Nationalism, it hasn;t stopped Poland attacking gay rights. Basically its a gloss over whatever traditions still take place in its member states.

How the fuck is some born into wealth tosspot TV personality going to 'dimantle the eilte'? Really, where do you get this shit from? And how on earth is going back on Obamacare helping ordinary Americans? There really should be laws in place to stop opportunists like Trump getting to power. Have you seen footage of his rallies? The guy is little more than a narcissistic thug.

Aye I do. That was partly the thinking behind it's formation in the first place, according to some. Poland being anti-gay I wouldn't see as in the same category as being at war with whoever. That's civil in nature. Same with Hungry.

Slightly crudely put, but Mike has a point.
Where do you get this drivel from? I'd like to see some healthy evidence, or i'll have to assume you're just making it up for whatever reason.

The PHE’s data reporting seems a tad flawed to say the least..

    Calm down, dear!

If your mind's as set as that, there's really no point in arguing with you, especially when I AGREE with some of that. As I said further back in this thread, let's see what happens after he gets a second term in office and wins the forthcoming election!

And there's plenty of evidence out there of him 'draining the swamp' - look at all the folk he's sacked... They were all corrupt! Plus, again as I've said, I doubt that Epstein would've been 'dealt with' had Clitoris won the last election, instead of Trump... And more scum like that will get their comeuppance before his time us up in the White House, either this term or next, trust me!
