I wouldn't believe most people if they said they were lying!
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!

And then, sometimes just days later, there is a report from the same outlet that contradicts their views but which is immediately dismissed because 'It's not a truthful source'?

And the real wonder is that they don't even seem to be aware that they're doing it.

I predict tough times ahead for some employees and employers. There will be some bosses, desperate to resume trading in order to save their business, and who despite doing all the right things safety wise, cannot get their workers to come in due to travel and childcare issues.

And I don't know how they will go on regarding the furlough scheme. Perhaps it will be made clear in the govt's newly-published 50 page "Did you seriously think we'd keep paying you?" booklet, though I doubt it
I just dropped in, to see what condition my condition was in

I'm sure some employers will find a way. Maybe they'll use a new slogan, not the baffling "Be Alert", but something with greater clarity like 'Turn Up or Be Fired'! I wonder what Sports Direct will be doing?

50 pages? Maybe back in the 1970s. Here are the official guidelines for the modern government pamphlet:

    1) no more then 8 pages long
    2) use a large, well spaced, easily read font
    3) have lots of pictures in the 'cartoon' idiom
    4) tell you absolutely nothing that you did not know already or which was not intuitively obvious
    5) Be available in 50 different languages (and brail)
