things that come in like mail etc dont get touched if possible for 24 hrs min.. got meds today and the guy didnt want me to sign(ie touch his thing lol)as you dont.... it was opened upstairs and left the parts open while i washed myself.. i wont touch it again for a day or 2. I rounded up all the bottles of hand sanitizer i have in jackets and car etc and added extra isopropyl to them to make sure they are all over 70%.. some are well over...just as well i dont smoke

I've always wondered about that expression ever since I first heard it at a place I worked back in about 2003. There it meant that they were actually going to clean as opposed to doing absolutely nothing (the place was minging and people were getting rashes off the dust. It was here in the UK too not France in case you were justifiably wondering.)
I mean somewhere or something is either clean or it isn't. What is the alternative to a 'deep clean', a lick and a promise? Someone spits on a handkerchief and then just rubs really hard at the worst bits?
Shouldn't somewhere like a hospital be 'deep cleaned' every day just as a matter of course?
