Indeed, which is why obsessing over cases, to the extent that's currently happening, and some of the lockdown decisions that have been made on that basis, is not much better than idiocy, especially with all the contradictory messages being sent out, in terms of the following of rules!
Let's see in due course how many of these cases turn into serious hospitalisations or deaths (hopefully not), but I suspect not many, despite the daily OTT fear-mongering by the media. Think about how long these 'spikes' and increased cases have been occurring for now (many weeks - how long ago was it that Bradford and Preston were locked down for that reason?) and yet so far the increased cases have had little to no impact on deaths...
So what does that most likely tell you?
And they've been going on about the danger of a 'second wave' for even longer!
How long ago now was it that beaches were rammed with people sunning themselves, which was supposed to cause it, or all the other large public gatherings that have taken place since? And still nothing!
Time to wake up folks and see that you're largely being fooled....
