    Indeed, Rich. It's called having a balanced and healthy diet. Too many folks just fill themselves with shit, and then wonder why they're always ill!

    But yeah, supplements are fine if you need them, although a little expensive. You could easily spend 100, in the likes of Holland & Barrett, without blinking an eye!!
