Crunchy nut cornflakes - the trouble is they're too damn crunchy, and I have to be in the mood for that much effort. So I usually have my corn flakes with hot milk. the downside is that they collapse so much, and you get through a lot of cornflakes that way. So I often add a couple of Weetabix for ballast
I just dropped in, to see what condition my condition was in

Speakers: Zu Omen Def. Cables: Atlas Equator interconnects, Atlas Hyper 3.0 speaker cables

No they'll find out where you live and launch a dawn attack. They'll come in low out of the rising sun. There's always a good offshore breeze in the mornings.

Marco and Anthony need to be setting up their defences now. I'd recommend a sandbagged emplacement on the roof with a crappy vintage French machine gun mounted in it. And a bridge made of bamboo. (That doesn't serve any useful function but they'll enjoy blowing it up).

There's always 'drone warfare'. I'll send my mate ZeroMan round, he can drone on and on and on and bore anybody to death.

(ZeroMan is a real person, so watch out! )

On the subject of supplements I'd also recommend taking zinc/magnesium supplement a couple of times a week to boost immune system and for overall vitality, mood and energy I'd recommend Ashwagandha and Shilajit. These are commonly used in Ayurvedic medicine and have many benefits for men particularly as we get on in years.
