    I take a vitamin D capsule every other night before bed. Apparently, aside from the mood elevation in can provide, it also increases melatonin and so i find i sleep better on it.

    According to the Kellogg Institute of Breakfastology, 30g of cornflakes give 50% of daily RI of vitamin D. I get through a kilo box per week, so I should be ok. Box doesn't say anything about being a fat bastard though.
