If they try that, then the day of the people's revolution and civil war will dawn!

As Anthony says, the good thing is that more and more folks (especially influential ones) are showing distinct signs of unrest - and at the end of the day there are far more of us than there are of 'them'

...and that's only a tiny tip of the iceberg, in terms of revolts, if the 'powers that be' start getting ideas above their station!

The male choir look like the 1922 Committee in Handel's splendid effort.

But the girls attract my eye, as ever.

I see the Labour party is calling for legislation to stop anti-vaccination propaganda from being posted on the internet.

They'd have a job defining exactly what that might be. It's just Starmer making a noise to try and justify his existence. He hasn't done anything useful so far.
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!

True. I don't agree with the anti-vaxxers but they should be able to state their case without being legislated against. This is one of the reasons I would never vote Labour.

He could try having some original thoughts and tabling useful proposals, instead of just hacking away at everything the government attempts (after the event of course). This is really not a time for political 'sides', we are to all intents and purposes on a war footing against the Coronavirus common enemy!

I agree, suppressing "free speech" is not a good thing, but when you get silly sods* suggesting that the vaccines will carry tracking microchips (just something I heard somewhere), a line has to be drawn. As some folk will believe that crap and have their opinion skewed.

*Not really silly sods, I think they know exactly what they're doing.
