I probably had it in dec 20 Sympathetically ?, it went through the household but I was untouched, so might qualify for the 500 also ( no you won't Bri )
Strange though that my daughter 23 had it ( relatively mild ) and not me. Although a fairly healthy living cyclist surely my immunity is unlikely to be better than hers
Is it possible to live in the same household but not pick up the virus at all ?

Most definitely. Viruses are oddly particular when it comes to hosts, and proximity doesn’t guarantee infection. When I had pneumonia five years back, the rest of the household were completely untouched.

So pneumonia is an infectious disease? I'd always thought it to be a condition brought on by other things. This is why nobody calls me Dr. Steve.
I just dropped in, to see what condition my condition was in

It's a bacterial infection though not a virus so not as easy to transmit as something like Covid.

It’s actually either; bacterial or viral - different strains. Kills over 4,000,000 a year worldwide, so definitely does more damage than COVID.

A common misconception is that it’s caused by getting cold. Don’t know why, ambient temperature has nothing to do with it.
