Gosh, feeling so tired today after the Astra vaccine yesterday.
Aches and pains as well, but I think that is because I spent four or five hours in the garden digging and planting new border yesterday.
I find it quite frustrating that I get so many aches now - when I was younger, I could do so much more without any consequences the following day

I know what you mean though about being 'obsessive'. Last week I spent about that long weeding all our paths and the driveway (with a bucket and spade, pulling them out by hand) before putting down some weedkiller. I was fine after it though, but slept well!
