It is a very odd time, I don't know about life in the U.K. or other parts of the world where people may read this but until we where hit with this virus there was not much rest.
My day Monday to Friday Starts at 5:30 AM or 6:00 Am getting ready for work stopping to put gas in the beast nearly weekly $100.00 fill up. Getting to work and running all day.I get off work 2 :30 pm and my Son gets out of school at 2:30 so I have to drive through traffic in a mad rush because if your not there by 3:40 they are on the phone to you. Pick up my son Conner go through a drive through window for dinner, run home fill up his water bottle while he changes in to his baseball uniform grab his gear and drive to Richards field practice 3x a week and 2 games a week, then come home at 7:00 pm or 10:00pm and help him with his home work. And have a snack before bed . Saturday doing laundry, cleaning house and some family time when not in a travel ball tournament. Sunday church some times morning some times evening 2 weekends a month Conner has travel baseball all week end out of town. And nearly every Sunday is baseball practice for his travel team. Spring and Fall is Little League he is in Majors ,Summer and winter is basketball or Dynamic Training ( 90 min. 2x a week, one 90 min. session he may do 200 push ups in 10 sets of 20 spread out over the work out, run with a parachute on his back, agility training and plyometrics exorcises ,in 90 min. they get 3 x 1min. water breaks so they build endurance. So Conner is always pushing him self. My Wife Nosheen works 6 days a week with Monday off , 10:00 AM to 6:00pm So she takes him to school, works then runs to see his games in the evenings under the lights at Richards field, and on Sunday if we miss the early service she closes at 5:00pm so we can go to church later.

For 3 weeks now we have been home cooking together. Going to the park as a family and eating 3 meals a day together. Even our church is closed but doing service on line. We have done pretty well one of Conners coaches has been setting up practices for just his son and Conner but we all keep a distance and wash our hands after handling the ball. So they don't lose their pitching and hitting skills.
It has been a total reset of life, my truck may go the whole month on one tank of gas! It sat undriven for 2 full weeks.

Our house needs a lot of putting stuff away thinning out and organizing,I just don't feel like it. I know that sucks but I sleep when I feel like it and get up when I feel like it and it feels good.
How will we go fully back to the life we had before ? Knowing how it feels to be free from the rat race? Roseville near Sacremento Ca. U.S.A.

How has everyones day changed where you live?

Live 4 miles from central London and its like a ghost town ( largely ). With most shops closed down it seems very eerie everywhere, though of course air quality is much better.

We can still go out side, we live in a condo so not much of a yard but we are less than 200 feet from a small park with a girls softball field and a basketball court.
We don't get close to people and when we get home we wash our hands and leave our shoes out side, and disinfect what ever ball we used .
It is so hard to just turn off all a 10 year old boys activities and expect him to just sit on the computer playing games or reading weeks at a time so this is our compromise.
