And people moving down to second homes here in the South West and other parts of the country overloading the local facilities in the area they have gone to. Absolutely no consideration for anyone else just themselves, they should be identified sent back to their primary homes, and if they refuse put to work portering and cleaning in hospitals to help the NHS or the prospect of a massive fines based on their yearly income, about 10% should do it. The fines could be used to help the rest of us.
