    Ok I installed Win32 Disk manager and tried again with another SD card, success!

    I think the SD card I tried first was corrupted, I'll contact the seller on eBay as it was a new Pi3b starter kit. I hadn't tried before but it doesn't boot up with the card that came with it that was supposed to have Noobs installed.

    Glad that the situation is sorted.
    I have always found that RPI are very picky with Operating Systems.
    Two identical hardware installs and 1 SD card, I always ended up having to reformat, copy and stuff onto a new card... RPI don't seem to like swapping SD installs...

    Shame as it makes comparing DACS and Digital Streamers a little more complicated...

    I've not been so unlucky, I've been swapping a single SD card with Picoreplayer between 3 Pi's without any problems.
