    I no longer have the adaptors, but I do have a lightly-used pair of (the more desirable and harder to find) 'Reliability Controlled' Raytheon CK5755s with original boxes. Had to import these from the US as a matched quad from eBay seller old_guy_radiola but only needed a pair. I got clobbered by Customs for these, nothing seemed to slip through.

    Looking for £40 inc. postage to a UK Mainland address

    They’re these ones (not actual pair I have, but virtually identical):
