    Delrin is a brand name, and could carry a price premium. Acetal is the same thing and may be cheaper (according to the website linked above).

    Not sure if that was a sarcastic reply, however If you dont an 18mm platter will be way too high & look silly. The original 10mm/13mm platter look ok just sat ontop

    So you did.
    So why not just fit a 3mm cartridge spacer in the meantime?
