Default WTD mains power cable or advice on diy model.

Looking to invest in a new power cable for my Auris dac. Standard UK plug and kettle lead required. 1 metre minimum. Up to about £40. Would consider a diy option if anyone has some good advice?
    Cheers

If you wanted to DIY supra 1.5 mains and plugs will be doable for sub £40 this will give you a shielded mains which may help if your cable runs are constricted. You could do better in the used market though.

Got couple 1m lengths of living voice mains, very stiff copper, 12 years old I think. Made by Kevin, looks bit diy.
