Default FS : Acoustic Research AR18S

I will probably regret it but due to lack of space and fact, they are not being used I've got a pair of Acoustic Research AR18S speakers for sale.
Condition is excellent with original drivers apart from one little scratch, about 2 mm, please see the picture. They were re-foamed a few years ago. Comes with manual.
I'm looking for £175 collection from Bristol BS9 only.
I possible can deliver within a reasonable distance or meet halfway. You are welcome to come over and have a listen before you decide to buy them.
Any questions please contact me. Cheers.Piotr

The very first speakers I ever bought (from Rushworths in Liverpool way back when). Had them with a NAD 3020 and a Dual CS505 turntable. Classic kit!
    GLWS :-)
A mainly digital setup with a musical amplifier and endearing 1970's speakers. A CD player that hardly ever gets used and a turntable that is good enough to remind my how enjoyable my old vinyl is. Some cables and things.

Yup, have a pair in similar condition and they really are a great listen. In fact as a review states online hook them up with a capable subby and your won't for little else !

Thanks guys. These are very fine speakers indeed. 8" woofer in a small sealed cabinet. Great midrange and very nice bass. They sound fabulous with valve amp and turntable.
I think the price is adequate to condition and quality but I'm open to offers.
