Fidelity Audio HPA100 headphone amplifier

For sale my Fidelity Audio headphone amplifier, a beautifully constructed and solidly engineered object by the much respected micro Hifi company Fidelity Audio. It has a very beguiling sound, with great soundstage and detail, though not fatiguing. Partners very well with my Sennheiser HD 600 phones. Has an internal linear power supply, alps blue volume control, dual mono with toroidal transformer, high grade caps by Wima and Rubycon and HEXFRED rectifier.

The new price for the HPA 200 is £650, which it’s been for some time. The HPA was originally £350, but as the owner/engineer at Fidelity Audio said to me last year after he checked over and tweaked my amp, “You’d have to spend over £1,000 to beat this now.”

So asking £250 + carriage. It is in pristine condition, and for the few years I’ve had it, it has had minimal use - around a couple of hours a month as I’ve more or less given up headphones. (Will also be selling shortly my Senneheiser HD 600 headphones together with upgraded Viablue cable.) I’m based in Liverpool and happy to demonstrate.
