Sorry if pictures of my turntable offend you Slav. Like I said way back on this post we should all respect each others views (and equipment) even if they don't hold with our own experience.

+1 - You and me both Jimbo, hence you, I and others, hate the silly, unnecessary stuf.

Peeps just need to keep the vibes cool, friendly and respectful, it's what built this place. Too much of the 'other, silly stuf' on the other hand, ultimately becomes detrimental and pulls it down.

There is a separate place to post pictures - The Gallery and I have no problem with that but stating thread in "Analogue Art" just to post pictures shouldn't happen and Mods should react instead over moderating where not necessary , obviously IMO

if we had an issue about it it would have been moved .. I dont actually remember thread but obviously no one did at time. Old rule of thumb, if you dont like a thread then move on. You cant keep everyone happy with every thread.

Oh my god! There's nothing wrong with the bidet is there?

“Nothing discloses real character like the use of power. It is easy for the weak to be gentle. Most people can bear adversity. But if you wish to know what a man really is, give him power. This is the supreme test. It is the glory of Lincoln that, having almost absolute power, he never abused it, except on the side of mercy".

“You see these dictators on their pedestals, surrounded by the bayonets of their soldiers and the truncheons of their police ... yet in their hearts there is unspoken fear. They are afraid of words and thoughts: words spoken abroad, thoughts stirring at home -- all the more powerful because forbidden -- terrify them. A little mouse of thought appears in the room, and even the mightiest potentates are thrown into panic.”

"You don't have free will. You have the appearance of free will.”

“There's a war out there, old friend. A world war. And it's not about who's got the most bullets. It's about who controls the information. What we see and hear, how we work, what we think... it's all about the information!”

I'm happy to see pictures in any post and it can also help show/explain whatever the post is about.

There's enough rules and moderation already, let's not have any more

'Art' with no images, now there's an idea
