    Thanks Mick, that’s interesting and not something I’d considered at all.

    What are the advantages? Are you running these tubes? How will they sound against the Mullard/Telefunken valves?

    Hi Kim, I have used these for a good few years without any issues,they are very tough,a lot of guitarists use them.They are ideal to swap around with other types to prolong the life of older more premium valves(they are around £50 for a quad of gold grid types)My only issue is maybe that they share a "well lit presentation ,similar to your Telefunken small signal valves.It may or may not be a problem ie both are very detailed.As I say for the price you cannot go wrong, nos Mullards - 10 times the price but are they 10 times better-I do not think so
