So, I took out another draw and managed to put that one back in, so will have a closer look at this one and see what is stopping it, now onto that tonearm.

Drawers now in place, record storage moved over to other side of room after taking pointless radiator off wall - why have 2 radiators in one room? - so I could fit the record storage shelf against the wall. New JVC beastie on top sounding rather lovely.

So you get more even distribution of heat in a large room and less cold spots? Also to throw out more heat than a single radiator would manage without being ridiculously large.

This thread has proved to be like a serialised story, I kept looking for the next episode.

I seem to have missed the episode on how you finally managed to get the recalcitrant drawer back in. Was there a hidden button or something?

No button or catch or anything, just used a bit of force and at a slightly different angle. After taking another drawer out and putting that one back with ease I realised there was only one way to do it.

As story conclusions go, that's right up there with Pam waking to find Bobby in the shower Maybe you're too young to remember that one... Anyway, all's well that ends well
