Default IC: Tannoy Eaton (the vintage ones)

    Hello there,
I'm just thinking to replace my current loudspeakers.

They are a pair of Tannoy Eaton (the vintage ones).

The speakers are in general excellent condition, no marks or signs on the wood, drivers are 10" hpd 295a with rubber surrounds, just one of the grill is slightly worn (the other one is fine).

    Price is £800.

    Collection from West London W7.

    Many Thanks.
    Mauro

I’ve just paid £900 for a pair, last pair sold on eBay @£825, there’s currently a pair for £1500.
    Guess condition relates to price.

    Mauro,

If this post is to remain in Private Exhibitions, we need a price (and some more photos) ASAP.

    Thanks

They look like they are in very nice condition. I like mine a lot. It's worth mentioning that these have great potential for being subtly transformed by Paul Coupe (RFC); he worked wonders with mine and they suit me far better than the Harbeth SHL5Plus I had previously. They've even helped me recover from selling my ESL63s.
