If you organise your gear together, you might have room for more. Making a hifi rack would be a good idea (obviously depends on the weather...)

I'm Dennis.
I don't know if he was being smug?
He probably gets it thrown at him, that he is bought for his opinion by companies allowing him to keep what he reviews, on the understanding he's positive about the kit.
That's why I think he was being very clear about what he owned.
I don't think we needed the vulgarity of him saying how much everything cost but that's a very British attitude. Don't talk about money, politics or sex!
Great system. I enjoyed the video
Very opinionated Guy, but can be very funny with great wit. He has been around along time and held a candle for vinyl even in the dark days when CD and digital looked like it was going to totally kill analogue.
His video blogs especially on HIFI shows have given me a front seat to shows I would never attend and he is a credit to his journalism in my book. I know some folk don't like him as he can come across a bit brash but thats just the American New Yorker in him.
Yes he has always been biased in favour of vinyl but he has been proven right and long may he continue!! One of the great hifi journalists of all time whether you like him or not.
Main system : VPI Scout 1.1 / JMW 9T / 2M Black / Croft 25R+ / Croft 7 / Heco Celan GT 702
Second System : Goldring Lenco GL75 / AT95EX / Pioneer SX590 / Spendor SP2
It's his money, he spends it as he likes. Jealousy is a horrid trait.

His imitation of a record seller who had suffered a stroke was beneath him, and not in the slightest bit funny.

I don't know much about him as a person, but I am surprised he has such a large following. The equipment he reviews is obscenely expensive and beyond the means of all but the wealthiest. An interconnect cable at $18,000 seems very wrong to me somehow.
