Bad-ass car? What is a bad-ass car? I do like naughty speed, at least on motorcycles, before the ubiquity of cameras which prevent us using what they can do.

Not if you live in North or West Wales... Or in Scotland, out with of the areas surrounding Glasgow and Edinburgh... Or In many parts of Ireland. And in terms of England, perhaps in some parts of Suffolk or East Anglia. You need to be well away from the 'rat race' or where it's popular to live

Seriously, I couldn't give a fuck about the lyrics, indeed like Rob, find much of them distasteful [especially how they often demean women], *but* some of those tracks have KILLER basslines - and DAT is what turns me on! Therefore, I'm quite selective about what rap/hip-hop I listen to. It MUST deliver the goods, bass-wise.

Is this for the same reason some women like to sit on washing machines?

I don't really understand the concept of bad-ass cars.

Cars with guns or drugs in? Cars used to run people over? Street mean looking with 'boy-racerish' tendencies?

It seems that what we were doing in the 60s and 70s, tuning things to extreme, has been adopted by the manufacturers since about '70 and they have also bee made much more fuel efficient. Resultantly the margin left for the amateur to enhance a performance is really reduced.

I well remember a fellow apprentice's mini 850, tuned to stage four+, with twin choke Weber downdraught and %I Cinturatos.
With four of us inside it we did speedo needle round to the 'E' of the fuel gauge, must have been around 110 mph. Greta times.

Actually I am noted for a deep one, but rather dry and satirical.
