From looking around other traders areas, it seems to have always been the case, so why take exception to it now?

    Kev

If I would have known pretty sure I would have pointed this out before.

The traders pay for our own sections which is purely for each trader only.

Questions on the SEG and Beresford dac should be directed towards Stan.

I assume that means that you no longer offer an upgrade service for the devices mentioned?

For you Kevin you are indeed correct, I am sure Alan or one of the other caps on here will oblige no problem.

    Thanks.

I purposely did not mention the equipment, but that was not the nature of what was going to be my initial enquiry, although upgrades were of a secondary nature.

    Never mind.

    Hi guys,

In terms of starting threads in someone else's trade room, I guess some folks (potential customers) might feel it useful to start a thread in a trader's room asking them about a particular product they're selling (listed, say, on their website), rather than simply replying to ads started by the trader in question, otherwise if what they're interested in hasn't been advertised or mentioned there, apart from sending them a PM, how else would they enquire about the product?

Yes, they could PM the trader in question, but then the trader wouldn't benefit from the exposure the product being discussed on the open forum would bring, which in turn might generate more sales....

It's entirely up to traders. I can make it so only they can start threads in their dedicated trade rooms, or maintain the current default position, and which allows anyone to start threads in someone's trade room. Let me know, folks!

    ATB,
    Marco.
