    After yesterday's mud fest, today was a blessed relief. Could actually feel some warmth in the sun. Going chilly now, and the gritters are on the M61.
    Pining for the fjords? What kind of talk is that? And why did he fall flat on his back the minute I got him home?

    No cure, my washing machine (Anita) has learned to live with it. But I've found that chopping up the emerging nuggets with the blunt end of a pencil can help.
