    I have now made all the individual piecs and almost run out of timder , These are the offcuts

    Will make another jig for the 5 screw holes to secure the lap joints together , Keep things as neat as possible

    Sanding now complete ( WooHoo ) At last

    Hole filling and pilot hole drilling next up , Then start assembling

    Today I :-

    Filled the holes with sawdust another tedious job then some superglue ( Thin ) and more sawdust on top

    Done a bit more but didnt bother with photos and progress reports as it seem not much interest or comments

    We'd comment more but your sheer talent and resourcefulness has left us speechless! Always admire anyone with the skills to make stuff, and the patience to do it properly
