Would be very interested to see your work as it progresses. I have aspirations for my own build (though have nothing the size of your new tenants to accommodate) but haven’t developed any firm ideas yet, so would be keen to see how you get on!

I'll be watching as I need to come up with something - up to about 6 feet wide, thinking reclaimed school science benches, and possibly supported with large diameter threaded bar - although not sure on the WAF for that.

    Chris,
If you intend on producing a HiFi Rack similar to the Mapleshade Design, I had collected a batch of Nuts and Washers for 30mm Threaded Bar.
If these are of interest, I can have a count up and if it the quantity suits meet you at M1 J30 Macdonalds on Sunday Morning, I'm sure a detour on route to the Sheffield Event will work out OK.
    PM Me for further info.

I find it all a bit lightweight and floppy , Remember the weight is 65kgs just for the pre / power combo + about the same again for the 1200G and Pro-Ject PRM 10.1 TT's or maybe a bit more
