Not according to Wikipedia which says The Daily Mirror only published one piece supporting the BUF which was a 'guest article' by Rothermere:

In July 1938 Hugh Cudlipp and Cecil King visited Winston Churchill at his home in Kent when together they planned the attack on Neville Chamberlain and his policy of appeasement. The result was a series of articles by Churchill that appeared in the the Daily Mirror during the following month. In one article Churchill warned that the "unaccountable delay - whoever is to blame for it - in concluding an all-in alliance between Britain, France and Russia, increases the danger of a wrong decision by Herr Hitler." Cudlipp pointed out that it was the only newspaper that was pressing the Government for immediate action". (42)

That's quite a good read although it does support the Wikipedia claim (sadly the Wikipedia citations are not checkable):

Well I think they SHOULD ban laughter, as it unfairly excludes those with no sense of humour, which does make up the majority of these liberal do-gooders. Serious business this inclusiveness, no room for mirth and merriment.

Maybe I'm a bit odd but if had some affliction or condition that caused me to become distressed by loud, raucous crowds I'd avoid them. I wouldn't expect the majority to have to have to change their behaviour to accommodate me. Perhaps I need to learn to be more selfish?

If I went to live in a country where their customs and cultures were different to those I am used to I would respect them as I am the minority, I wouldn't dream of expecting them to change or even make allowances for my benefit. If I wasn't prepared to tolerate their ways I simply wouldn't go there
