Have you even been out for a long time in temps as cold as -25C (it was -35C one night we were out for a walk), during a heavy-snow blizzard. It's quite an experience, and rather invigorating!

If your work duties are limited to just patrolling an area looking like a Teletubby (eh-oh!), then super-cold weather can be tolerable, but when you have to actually do stuff where multiple layers and thick mittens impede your work, the cold can be miserable.

The last time I was working in the cold was when we had the "Beast from the East" a couple of years ago, and although it was probably only about -7 or so even with wind chill, I could only work my cordless tools for a few minutes. So after 20 minutes we sacked it off and went home, which is the best way to deal with the cold.
I just dropped in, to see what condition my condition was in
