Beautiful sunny day here, but some dark grey nastiness on the horizon. This weather isn't helping my car-boot CD forays though, our local one has cancelled six weeks on the trot now.
In other news, our resident wasps' nest is as busy as ever, thought they'd all be brown bread by now. Yesterday the gardener dragged a ton bag of something past their nest, and one of them punished him in the only way they know. When they finally peg it I'm going to borrow my brother's telescopic camera and have a nosey.
Their nest is in the cavity about 2 foot from my head when in bed, and they make a right old racket at night. If they think they're getting that spot again next spring they've another think coming
