    Yup , time's right for me to do this mate . I don't sleep very well on nightshift and it does ' catch up ' with me sometimes

    I decided to reduce my work , now do 4 on 3 off

    Was doing 6 on 2 off 5 on 1 off , killer shifts all work an no me time . and most were 12 + hour shift

    We head back Tuesday next week Al. Cruise booked for March 2020 starting in the Caribbean, coming back to the Med.
