Lol - I'd have to disagree! For me that would be nightshifts - totally fucks up your body clock, and in the longterm definitely isn't healthy
However, when running my own business, I've done 100s of all-nighters, framing up pictures, etc... But that was through my own choice, and is partly why I was able to retire early. When I worked in retail shops though, during the 80s, 9-5 was great
