There is a weakness in it and took 3 years to settle properly but its probably one of the least arthritic parts of me.
Dunno why my hips are so bad. Even with the meds, at times it's bordering unbearable.

Was up and down all night, and it helped me sleep.
Not had a drink for a long time. No idea why, it just kinda grew from an idea of trying it.

When I was about 3 or 4 a metal crate fell on my foot. I'm not sure which one, but I have a problem with one of the toes on my right foot, and when the weather's bad (wet) sometimes walking gets very hard - specifically because of that toe. Could be coincidence though, but now you mention it .... I don't see your argument that it's likely that injuries should become arthritic - it's a possibility, but you express likelihood.

Today up around 5.30 - not bothering to go back to bed - at least for a while.

    Morning Insoms

    It's that time

It's upgrade time , Got fed after constant harasment by British Gas ( Who are not British ) and eventually caved into 2 smart meters

Today is the day of fitting , Strange how I am told now after over 40 years I need a smart meter to see how much I am spending on energy

I think I worked out decades ago the more things I have switched on the more it will cost me , but no I now need a smart meter to do this for me

Let the meter do the smart stuff, and you can concentrate on keeping yourself pretty

We had a smart meter installed a couple of years ago, and what a revelation! Who knew that tumble dryers used a lot of electric? Shame it's not smart enough to bring the washing off the line when it starts pissing down.

What really winds me up though is the current TV ad where kids are thanking us for getting a smart meter, and doing our bit for the planet. I'd like to make an advert thanking the kids for walking to school, thereby doing their bit for the planet. Lazy little shites

Just woke up myself rather wide awake. Can't remember any dreams though. Did probably the worst thing you can, grabbed the phone!
