Be careful Marco doesn't get in with a gas first strike. I suspect he'd be pretty good at those.

Germ attacks are more my sort of thing, but anything biological and disgusting appeals really.

I've heard that he's managed to weaponise his gas, but really a well aimed firework should be enough to significantly deplete his arsenal. Won't be very nice for his arse either.

    That’s a strange article.
First of all they quote 2 expert researchers/psychologists on just how important sleep is.
Then they throw out a random example of how we’re all addicted to apps and fitbits to measure sleep when we don’t need to.

All I know is that if I don’t get enough sleep, and I often don’t, I’m fatigued for the rest of the day. Then I sleep for too long if I can get a nap and the whole thing gets worse.

Now.. Valerian root (tea) tastes disgusting. But if I have it at bedtime it really knocks me out. And often have vivid dreams. Which is quite cool, cos I usually don’t.
Added to which having had a good nights sleep, I feel much better the following day.

Which is what the researchers quoted in the first part of that article do actually say. - something to do with the removal of neurotoxic waste.
