Looks bloody cheap for the effort that must go into making them. Might buy a 1200 just so I can buy a lilac faceplate!

I have a mint 1200 and a tatty one but I don't see how these work. It says you just take the hinges off and slide it on but how do you do that without removing the arm and so forth?

He could do with a much better advert.

If you look at the last image the arm hole is pre cut so it will just drop on with a bit of wiggling

“Nothing discloses real character like the use of power. It is easy for the weak to be gentle. Most people can bear adversity. But if you wish to know what a man really is, give him power. This is the supreme test. It is the glory of Lincoln that, having almost absolute power, he never abused it, except on the side of mercy".

“You see these dictators on their pedestals, surrounded by the bayonets of their soldiers and the truncheons of their police ... yet in their hearts there is unspoken fear. They are afraid of words and thoughts: words spoken abroad, thoughts stirring at home -- all the more powerful because forbidden -- terrify them. A little mouse of thought appears in the room, and even the mightiest potentates are thrown into panic.”

"You don't have free will. You have the appearance of free will.”

“There's a war out there, old friend. A world war. And it's not about who's got the most bullets. It's about who controls the information. What we see and hear, how we work, what we think... it's all about the information!”

I have something very similar on mine. I got the seller to do me a custom plate without the pitch slider cutout which I removed. Mine has a shorter lip on the outside (I think it looks better than the deep one).
IMO it really lifts the aesthetics of the TT. From memory it was about the same price.

Designed to perfection and precision made, each face plate is built from mild steel, laser cut, CNC folded and welded on all for corners to Aircraft specification, leaving a seamless join.
Powder-coated with a hard wearing finish, this product offers a durable, long lasting solution, preventing your decks from getting damaged.

All that for £65 is in my book a bargain
