And the rest of Europe was pretty glad of our work rate when we were saving them from the Nazis. And that was all done on strong sugared tea, a gallon of beer and 20 Players a day.

Agreed that the 'steps' thing is rather tragic... No, we just enjoy getting our fair share of fresh air and exercise, naturally as part of a normal routine. Del, for example, walks to work now everyday (as the college where she works is just down the road) and leaves her car at home - better for her and the environment
And I make her a nice cup of tea (or whatever) when she comes in. It's all good, dude

Yeah exercise is good, being obsessed with it isn't. Been walking home from work for the last 2 weeks. It's a fair stint but I find I've got more energy because of it, not less.
