As you know I've built many variations of this preamp, none of them were as good as the current version which is the version your selling.
To show just how good I'm currently using it with my Audio Research 75hd reference.
    Sounds simply stunning.

This won't hang around long mate.

Going to put this on hold for a little bit. Steve and I are going to try and do a Parts + Cash swap deal.

Untill we have seen what we can do, I'll put thisbon hold.

Does no one care about the rules any more?

    No pic of the rear!!!

4 input pairs and 1 output pair, I assume from the internal shot?

Lovely looking casework - looks like Pass Labs - some people have no taste at all!

If I didn't seem to be stuck in an integrated amp loop I would have been seriously interested. GLWS.

Haha, yes, naughty boy. I'll put One up.

Yes, clean without any need for lettering/logos imo.

    Thanks Jerry.

This is officially withdrawn from sale.

Unfortunately, after crunching the numbers it seems that £500 is not the magic figure to enable a rebuild of the same spec.

I'm not prepared to add further funds to build a unit of exactly the same ability, just seems bonkers, so I'll be trying to put my phonostage in this unit. If I can't, so be it. I'll just build another complete phonostage instead and sell one of them to recover the costs.

Thanks for all of the messages and if one of you guys does want a DCB1, drop me a line, I know how much they cost now lol

    Default Now for sale!

    Ok boys and girls,

I have crunched the numbers on this bad boy and have decided that I am going to let it go for..................

    £650

Now, I realise this is slightly more than I originally advertised it at, which was way too low.

Crunching the numbers, I realised I have just over £800 invested in this unit in parts alone. Admittedly, some of that money is in upgrades, like the Vishay and Obbligato Caps, and the AN tantalum resistors. I have now priced this according to what I think is a very fair price!

A genuinely High Class preamp for working class money.

I do have a box that's suitable for postage, but that will require a separate quote. I am happy to negotiate for the price and delivery cost.

Also, I will be adding new pictures tomorrow as the ones here seem to be suffering some sort of deformation!!
