    Default USB to DAC setting

    Hi Guys

I’m looking to be able to increase the output of of jriver meadi centre 23 to my DAC.

When I use a web radio page say jazz24 in Seattle the volume through the DAC is louder than when I use jriver. When I use jriver I have to turn the amp volume up.

I have looked in many of the settings in jriver adjusted a few but it doesn’t seem to work the web radio is always louder.

I just get the feeling that I’m not driving the DAC with the max signal and therefore not getting the best out of it.

    Many thanks

tools, options, dsp and output, parametric equalizer, add, adjust vol, enter a value... you can add several and only the ticked one/ones will be used. handy for quieter media

“Nothing discloses real character like the use of power. It is easy for the weak to be gentle. Most people can bear adversity. But if you wish to know what a man really is, give him power. This is the supreme test. It is the glory of Lincoln that, having almost absolute power, he never abused it, except on the side of mercy".

“You see these dictators on their pedestals, surrounded by the bayonets of their soldiers and the truncheons of their police ... yet in their hearts there is unspoken fear. They are afraid of words and thoughts: words spoken abroad, thoughts stirring at home -- all the more powerful because forbidden -- terrify them. A little mouse of thought appears in the room, and even the mightiest potentates are thrown into panic.”
