Another bump
If you haven't heard JBLs studio monitors; these would be a cracking place to start, more so for a near field listening system.
I thought my previous LSR 308s were superb, these are even better, even with them being smaller!
They're very detailed, very true and very precise; about as best as I can describe themThey're great on isolation blocks and superb on weighted stands too and the interface can be used with an iPad FYI; doesn't have to be a PC/Mac etc
