    Ok so I cleaned the bottom of the pcb with IPA and got some gunk off to see if that made a difference, tried it again but no joy

    9v reads 7.4v and 165v reads 2.66v , now I'll check all components are in the right place, looks like the 165 is the issue.


    The on button glows a nice shade of green mind, so quite pleased with that

    You've defo got an issue on the 165 side, the 9 side looks fine with that voltage.

    Bugger.
