Yup, but did either of you watch the Rangers game? If so, how was the performance? Sounds like you largely struggled again, but this time did enough to win. Getting the three points though, was all important. In the end, Hagi was the difference, which for you was the good news, and as I've said, I predict him to be a big success.
However, still no goals again from Morelos... Has he gone off the boil a bit and allowing off-field crap to affect his performances?
I watched the Celtic game, and Motherwell were superb in the first half. Although we had most of the possession and were 1-0 up, they were unlucky not to have scored. Second half it was a different ball game [literally], and as usual is the case against most of our opponents in the SPL, they tire after having tried to press us and defend with their lives for 60/70 mins or so, which then opens up space for our creative players to cause havoc and put the game to bed, which is what happened.
The goal difference between us and you now is 12, so that's like having an extra point, and the way that the team are playing at the moment, and with key players coming back such as Christie and Elyounoussi, and Griffiths and Edouard starting to click and form a potentially lethal partnership, I can see us breaking the SPL scoring record this season, whether we win the title or not.
Edouard just gets better and better, and almost certainly has the potential to become a world-class striker. The free-kicks he's scoring now are just sensational (see below). Right now, he would get into the first team of almost any side in the EPL and do a great job, as this boy has it all, and when he leaves Celtic I predict that he will break the existing SPL transfer fee record, currently set by Dembele.
