Well the mighty Canaries will upset the apple cart at the Premiership season opener on Friday evening against Liverpool, you mark my words! (yes, I have had a drink! and been sniffing the Tipex! ) Joking aside, I just want to see Norwich avoid the dubious record of being the Premier League's most relegated team - which we will claim (5) if we don't survive 2019/20. Personally I'm optimistic (possibly deluded...) - we were outstanding last year against all expectations and I think we will fare well against the lesser sides. Football is becoming an increasingly athletic sport and I think having youth and unity on your side is pivotal. On The Ball, City!

Good luck, mate - although not against Liverpool!

That said, I shall be following the progress of the Canaries with interest

Celtic did well tonight - and 7-0 on Saturday was pretty emphatic! Love to see any UK team do well in Europe - so good luck to all.

The tie is still wide open, although with an away goal and home advantage now, we've given ourselves a decent chance of progressing to meet Slavia Prague in the play-offs.

I see that Tierney's now off to Arsenal in a £25m deal, providing he can agree personal terms and pass a medical, which seems a formality. Not bad for an academy player! Now we'll see how wisely that money is spent.....

Good result tonight apart from the 2 sloppy goals we gave away

Been catching up on footy and a good away advantage tonight. Scoring 4away is good.
As to Tierney going, well he hardly played last year so it's just a big gain financially to celtic.

Just watched the highlights of the Rangers game. 6 good goals tbf. Should be careful at ibrox in return as they are a pretty decent team with pace and ability but no reason not to progress.
Aribo and Morelos both took theirs very well. Thought the big danish striker looked a player. reminded me of Kluivert

It was an interesting game, the first half was pretty even, when we went 3 up the defence lots concentration but 4 goals away from home is good going.
