Yeah, good results last night for both teams. I knew it wouldn't be a goal-fest against St Mirren, as they don't concede many... Still, I'll take two goals, a clean sheet, and most importantly the three points
Yes, there's no change at the top, save the fact that we're now only top by one goal...
But as I said, that's how it's going to go for the rest of the season - both teams will drop the odd few points here and there, and/or score more goals against the opposition in one game than the other, so will regularly trade places at the top of the table, and which is why results in the head to head clashes with both teams will be so significant
For me, in that respect, Rangers will be considered as genuine title challengers if they can beat us in the next game at Celtic Park, and avenge their defeat at Ibrox. Failure to do that, especially if they lose, will for me indicate that they're not quite there yet.
So we shall see - but long may their challenge continue, as it's making the race for the title exciting for a change!

Hopefully this will be a much closer title race as it’s badly needed, but Rangers need to bring their A game to all matches which is not happening. I agree, although to be fair they've produced their A-game, or done well, most times this season. The only games for me where they didn't was against Celtic and Hearts, where their form dipped below acceptable standards for a Rangers team. In all other games though, especially in Europe, they've done pretty well and been consistent.
However, attempting as to take off my 'green-tinted specs', and look at things as unbiased as possible, I still think that man for man we have the best starting 11 (and stronger squad), and when we play to our full potential are the better team... But that doesn't mean we'll win the league!
