Thanks, I'm taking them to Sheffield Steve, give you a lift if you want (PM me), if you can't make it, you'll have to wait till the next NEBO meet.

By the way, there is nothing wrong with my Pre-Amp (phew), I think it was just the rats nest of cables we had going on at the Wellington. Something must not have been routed correctly and it wasn't easy to spot.

Ken, I've been following your active xover project with lots of interest. So glad you have pulled it all together. Be interested to read your listening notes sometime. Perhaps you could update your project thread sometime.

    Hi Edward
The project meandered through many paths over the 3 years or so that it has taken me to get here.
I have created a new project on my website "Upgraded NS-1000M" which is a concise version concentrating on just the final version. There are listening notes and Bass measurements in the final section. Find it here:
    http://www.jkwynn.co.uk/YamRev_HTML/YamRev_Thumbs.html

Shahrin of this parish has followed what I did and with a bit of hand holding has completed two pairs, one for him and one for his friend Ranjit.
He actually finished them before I did.
They are both very happy with the results.
No one has commented on his thread over on the drawing board, give the man some encouragement, it was by far the most complex thing he has tackled, he did a great job. Link:

    What does 9-4.30 mean ?

    Is that 9:00am to 4:30pm ?

Edit: If so, is that 4:30 finish playing, or have to be out by 4:30 ?

It takes a while to pack up and leave the room as we found it.
