Still no word on clarifying the time?

Is it entry to the building from 9:00am and have to be out of it by 4:30pm?

Or is there setting up and dismantling time either side of this?

    Same question - ish.
Just checking is setting up starting at 9am.
In which case we'll be starting at 9.30 ish (optimistic!).

    Would be good to know.
    Cheers.

Unfortunately you guys are asking these questions on the wrong forum as the two primary organisers of this event (I am a tertiary aspect) don’t post here (or post very rarely).

However, for what it’s worth, I think the start and finish times are guidelines and someone will be there earlier and later than the times indicated.

But the invite was made on this forum and I don't frequent the other forums so have been blind as to what is happening.

I totally appreciate all of what you are saying - please don’t think I am criticising, I’m just telling you how it is.

It's a bit late in the day to be finding this out, a link to it should have been in the first post.
Who is organising this meeting, on what forum is it detailed and can you post a link to the thread, I've just flipped through the first five pages and can't see anything.
