    It's 23.5C indoors here - and that's where I'm staying. Went out for lunch earlier at a local pub, and walking there and back in the heat was enough for me.

    Even my partner, who was born in Africa, is finding it too hot - but is happy to sit out in the garden in the shade.

    Cut short my visit to the car boot this morning, it was just too damn hot for my liking! Besides, I really needed to pee, and no way I'm using one of those blue plastic cabins that amplify the smell when it gets warm - I do have standards you know
